Image Nation hosts filmmaking community reception

Executives and filmmakers from Image Nation Abu Dhabi celebrated the UK/UAE Year of Culture at the latest edition of Sheffield Doc/Fest, a world leading and the UK’s premier documentary festival, which celebrates the art and business of documentary and all non-fiction storytelling.

Representatives from Image Nation’s documentary team Alicia Moreno Gonzalez, Hana Makki, Lubna Bagsair, Alawi Shareef and Rebekah Clark travelled to the South Yorkshire city to take part in this year’s edition, as well as host a reception for the filmmaking community, including talented and aspiring filmmakers, content creators and cultural bodies from both within the UK and across the world.

The reception took place on 13 June 2017.
