All-star cast includes renowned Kuwaiti actor Saad Al Faraj; Syrian star Salloum Hadad; and Emirati actors Mansoor Al Feeli and Marie Al Halyan

Image Nation Abu Dhabi, one of the leading media and entertainment companies in the Middle East, has released the theatrical teaser for its upcoming comedy, SHABAB SHEYAB (formerly known as ON BORROWED TIME).

The theatrical teaser, which will play in UAE and selected GCC cinemas from August 31 for the Eid weekend, follows the story of four elderly men in a Dubai nursing home who are gradually losing their zest for life, before an unexpected event brings them back to life.

The film stars renowned Kuwaiti actor Saad Al Faraj, Syrian star Salloum Hadad; and Emirati actors Marie Al Halyan and Mansoor Al Feeli (QALB AL ADALA) – who is also an Executive Producer on the film.

The feel-good comedy is written and directed by filmmaker and music video pioneer Yasir Al Yasiri (Ma Asab Al Kalam) and produced by Rami Yasin (Zinzana, The Worthy), with Emirati director Majid Al Ansari (Zinzana) serving as Executive Producer.

The film will be co-produced and released by Tanweer, an international leader in the production and distribution of theatrical content.

SHABAB SHEYAB is set to be released in 2018.
