AS ONE HAS SCREENING AND Q&A AT CHICKENSHED

Hugely successful event for autism film at world renowned theatre

As One: The Autism Project has been screened at Chickenshed theatre in London.

The showing follows on from the film’s appearance at the Arab Film Festival in Malmo, Sweden.

The event was attended by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, First Secretary, UAE Embassy to the UK, along with the Dawood family who featured in the film, the Image Nation team, ChickenShed representatives and members of health and autism related groups.

Following the screening a Q&A took place exploring the film and issues surrounding autism.

Chickenshed is an inclusive theatre company that first began in 1974. Primarily based at a purpose-built venue in North London, they create theatre for all ages and run successful outreach projects, education courses and membership programmes throughout the year.
